2. Mandatory Written Consent
No photograph or video depicting identifiable patients, family members, or residence interiors may be published on this website or social media channels without explicit written consent signed by the individual or authorized family guardian.
3. Prohibition on Clinical Records Publication
Medical records, hospital discharge sheets, prescription slips, and clinical diagnostic images will never be displayed publicly.
4. Revocation of Consent
Patients or family members may revoke consent for any published image at any time by contacting contact@ujjeevanaaraike.com or calling 9113646462. Images will be promptly removed upon request.
